No passado m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o, o coordenador interconcelhio da RBE, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Proen\u00e7a, participou numa visita de estudo \u00e0 localidade finlandesa de Joensuu, organizada no \u00e2mbito dos programas europeus para a aprendizagem ao longo da vida (cf. Durante a visita, que teve como tema \u201cthe teaching profession, teacher education and basic education\u201d, Jo\u00e3o Paulo Proen\u00e7a teve a oportunidade de conhecer em pormenor um dos tipos de bibliotecas escolares da Finl\u00e2ndia: as <\/span><i style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">de escolas que est\u00e3o associadas \u00e0s universidades e que s\u00e3o usadas para colocar os professores estagi\u00e1rios<\/i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">.
