Compared to 2005, management teams, teachers and library managers were more satisfied, although the latter provided the most criticism. Los resultados de 2011 reflejan una mayor satisfacci\u00f3n por parte de equipos directivos, profesorado y responsables de biblioteca, aunque estos \u00faltimos se muestran m\u00e1s cr\u00edticos.
