Os Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos foram o pa\u00eds convidado, em 2015, para criar a mensagem sobre a leitura que o\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ibby.org\/home.0.html\">International Board on Books for Young People (IBBY)<\/a>\u00a0difunde anualmente.
